(TOP 1000 REVIEWER) This review is from: Life II (Paperback)

Wow! I have to say that I love how time travel is presented in here. How many of you wouldn't want to go back and correct some mistake you made in your life? This is what the book is about. This could be classified as a science fiction novel due to the aforesaid time travel, but really, there's not much science in here as we follow the life (and second life) of the main character. The explanation of time travel and how it is possible is very plausible in this book, so I found the story to be completely believable.

Max is given the opportunity to travel back to any point in his life he chooses, and to live life again from that day (time travel here is a one-way ticket) hence the title of this book, Life II. It was interesting to see how Max tried to correct the mistakes he felt he made in Life I, as well as helping those around him. Some of his attempts were successful, others, not so much, and along the way, it is a real learning experience for Max. The ending had a nice twist to it that I never saw coming, but I won't say what it is because it's just too good to spoil :) All in all, a great and creative book and one I would definitely recommend for those wanting a book about how time travel can affect one's life.
